Daily Base Rates for Photo Safaris
All trips are customized to suit your needs.

Daily Base Rates include:
- Pick-up and drop-off at the airport or hotel
- Your accommodations (choice of tented camps, thatched lodges, hotels or guest houses) throughout your safari – All have the comforts of electricity, running cold and hot water and flush toilets.
- Land transportation during your tour – Depending on the size of your group, it might be an SUV, mini-bus or other type of vehicle. All are well-maintained, comfortable, and equipped with air-conditioning and heat.
- Full-time 24/7personal guide(s)
- All entrance fees to parks and reserves
- Three full meals every day
- Unlimited beverages (non-alcoholic) every day – Water, juices, etc. (Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase while on your tour.)
Not included in Daily Base Rates, but available at additional cost are:
- Airfare and charter flights
- Any hotel or accommodation costs before your photo safari begins or after it concludes
- Accommodation upgrades to 5-star hotels
- Select activities – such as golf, helicopter rides, sunset cruises and hot air balloon rides, etc.
- Gratuities to your guide(s), camp staff or hotel employees
- VAT (Value Added Tax) of 14% on daily tour rate
- Alcoholic beverages
